We use only full-grain, natural leather. The highest grade available. It’s uncorrected, undiluted, and left as nature intended. Over time, it develops a rich patina that tells your story.
Unlike mass-produced “genuine leather,” which is often made from lower layers of hide and covered in plastic to mask imperfections, full-grain leather keeps its top layer intact. This means it’s not only stronger, but also uniquely textured, bearing the small marks and variations that reflect its real origin.
We don’t consider these signs flaws. We see them as proof of authenticity. Every scar, grain, and crease is part of the leather’s journey and yours.

🌱 Plant-Based Tanning
We tan most of our leather using time-honored methods powered by plants, known as vegetable tanning. It’s slower, more expensive, and more complex but it yields leather with unmatched richness, depth, and durability. No chrome. No shortcuts. Just bark, leaves, and time.
Developed by Silvateam in Italy, Ecotan®🔗 is a next-gen, plant-extract-based, metal-free leather tanning method. It’s biodegradable, compostable, and engineered to meet modern environmental standards without compromising the integrity of the leather.
At the end of its life, Ecotan® leather biodegrades naturally. It can even be used as a soil enhancer, completing a full circular lifecycle. From nature, back to nature.
